Private tours: to guarantee the availability of the boat for desired day and time, 50% of the total amount shoul be paid. The remaining amount have to be made at least one week before the tour date.
Shared tours/tickets: shoul be paid at the moment of the reservation.
It is desirable to make the reservation at least 2 days in advance. But you can always do it, even on the same day, questioning availability.
By bank transfer, credit card, Pay-Pal or cash.

You must be at the meeting point about 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
Essentially comfortable clothes and shoes. In the cooler season a warm sweater and in the hot season do not forget the sunscreen, hat.
Our skippers and first mate are not official guides. However, they are able to transmit information about the area, monuments and curiosities. The languages spoken can be Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
Yes, we have life jackets for all ages.
Not on the river, but on the sea, so if that’s what you want, you can rent a private tour.
Yes, the pets are welcoming too. Pets are allowed. However, only on private tours, having to notify us in advance that you intend to take your pet.
We have various types of wine for purchase, sparkling wine, beers, soft drinks and water.
Yes. The refund of the amounts paid will be defined according to the date of cancellation taking into account the date of the tour:
– Up to 15 days before: 100% refund;
– From 8 to 15 days before: 75% refund;
– From 3 to 7 days before: 50% refund;
– Less than 2 days: No refund
-Due technical reasons: 100% refund
